Akesis draws a lot of attention at ASTRO 2023
The 65th annual meeting of the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) was held in San Diego, CA, from October 1st to 4th, 2023. The ASTRO meeting is one of the most important conferences in Oncology. Experts and scholars from around the world in the field of radiation oncology gathered to discuss the latest developments in clinical research of radiation oncology, physical technology and equipment, and exploration in radiobiology.
In this edition, AKESIS collaborated with the Prowess team, presenting the Galaxy RTi and Gemini360RT at the ASTRO meeting, leading to attention from the whole event. On the first day of the exhibition, the number of attendees who came to visit the booth reached over two hundred.
During the conference, we held multiple product presentations about Galaxy RTi and Gemini360RT and offered one-on-one product demonstrations, which drew admiration and in-depth discussions from many radiation oncology experts and scholars. They expressed their appreciation for Gemini360RT’s multi-modal treatment model, which combines stereotactic radiation therapy and intensity-modulated radiation therapy, and the Galaxy RTi’s rotational focusing feature, real-time Imaging-guided radiotherapy, arbitrary arc pulling, extremely short source-change time, and efficient workflow.
At the same time, AKESIS had extensive discussions with experts in the field of radiation treatment during the conference, widely accepted various opinions, and fostered several potential opportunities. These precious resources will be transformed into motivation for improving product quality and promoting technological innovation.
AKESIS deeply understands that the real power of a product comes from continuous innovation. Therefore, we look forward to pioneering wider possibilities in the field of tumor treatment through constant innovation. We believe that our products will continue to play an active role in advancing global healthcare initiatives.
Can you IMAGINE the next evolution in radiation medicine? At AKESIS, we did.
