The Akesis Gemini360RT* is a LINAC-based radiotherapy platform, optionally equipped with a secondary Gamma head to expand treatment capabilities. The LINAC system features a high-throughput FFF 6 MV beam, 120-leaf MLC, a 40 x 40 cm maximum field size, and a dose rate of up to 1400 MU/min, supporting the full range of modern radiotherapy techniques including 3DCRT, IMRT, VMAT, SRS/FSRT, SBRT/SABR, and Online Adaptive RT. The optional Gamma head, based on the same patented rotating gamma technology as the Akesis Galaxy RTi, adds non-coplanor, high-precision intracranial and extracranial SRS, SRT, and SBRT/SABR capabilities enabling more nuanced dose painting and steep dose fall-off.
